Unworn or unused
With tags
In the original packaging
Receipt or proof of purchase is required
When shipping your return, ensure that the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damage.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping fees, based on the chosen express company.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we cover the shipping fees.

Return Process

For accepted returns, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Do not send items to the sender's address on your package, as it is not the return address.

For items shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
