Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Before Shipping: Cancellations are accepted anytime before the order is shipped.
After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return the package once received.
Return Shipping Fees
Please note that ZYNNI is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange and Replacement Policy
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, kindly place a new order and return the current one for a refund.
Replacement: Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
Reporting Issues: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us at contact@zynni.us with your order number and photos of the issue for a quicker resolution.
