Order Confirmation and TrackingOnce your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- FedEx Premium and DHL Express fulfill all our orders.
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Delivery time: 2-7 business days
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Customer Care cannot edit the product, size, or quantity once the order is confirmed.
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care immediately.
- Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
- For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping costs to and from China. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

Shipping Fee
- Free shipping on orders over US$200.
- For orders under US$200, a delivery fee will apply to each shipment based on regional pricing standards. This will be displayed in the table below and during the checkout process.

Some commercial addresses may not accept deliveries on Saturdays. Please verify your shipping address to ensure Saturday delivery. ZYNNI will contact you via follow-up email if your selected merchandise is out of stock or if additional credit verification information is needed. Delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays.
