Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via FedEx Premium or DHL Express.

Processing Time
• 1–3 business days

Delivery Time
• 2–7 business days, depending on destination

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, the product, size, or quantity cannot be modified.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing us at support@zynni.us.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
• You may return the package after receiving it (see Return Policy below).

Shipping Regions

We currently offer free shipping to selected regions, including the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, most EU areas, and parts of Asia such as Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Final eligibility and rates will be shown at checkout.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Where to Return

• U.S. customers may return to our US designated address.
• International customers may return to either our U.S. address or our China facility.

Return Conditions

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With original tags attached

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, and sealed products without protective labels cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

No Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please kindly place a new order and return the original one for a refund.

Replacement
Items will only be replaced if they arrive defective or damaged.

and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
This will help us resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible.
